Access rate
Household income up to 150% of the federal poverty level.
Reduced rate
Household income between 151% and 250% of the federal poverty level.
Standard rate
Household income above 250% of the federal poverty level.
What you'll send
A reduced fee needs a short statement of need and documents that back up the income you report. Any of these work:
- ·Recent pay stub
- ·Prior-year tax return or W-2
- ·Benefit award letter (SNAP, Medicaid, SSI)
- ·Bank statement
- ·Other supporting document
